Ampersands are 100% handcrafted. Each one is handcut from 1/2" wood, stained or painted, and heavily distressed. Great for wedding or engagement photo props that can be added to your home decor for a keepsake. A great addition to a rustic farmhouse gallery wall.
Due to the handmade nature of all our wood decor there may be some slight imperfections. Items are individually hand cut so no two will be the same.
***I do my best to photograph and use photos that represent the true color on all of my items. However, due to differences in monitor & screen resolution Please be aware the colors may be different in person that what appears on your screen.***

All items are shipped USPS, First Class & Priority Mail when possible. If you prefer another shipping method or additional options please contact me before you purchase. Please contact me if you need your order rushed.
Please make sure your address on file is updated and correct. I only ship to the address on the purchase invoice with Paypal or Etsy.
If an item is lost due to incorrect address I will do everything in my power to help you find it, however I will not issue a refund if this occurs, unless the item is returned to me. If the item is returned to me I will be happy to ship it again but there will be additional shipping fees.

I will gladly ship internationally on all purchases. I use USPS and tracking is only available til it is placed with customs for most international orders.
Please be aware there may be additional taxes & fees charged when the item arrives. Some countries charge additional taxes and fees on merchandise imported from other countries. These fees are the responsibility of the customer receiving the items. All country have a different thresh hold, you should check your countries laws on import taxes so you are aware of the extra costs incurred.
I DO NOT collect any taxes or fees for countries outside of the US. These fees are NOT Included in the cost of any of my products.
When your item ships you will receive an email with the date it was shipped and tracking number.

Refunds
Items may be returned within 7 days after you receive the item, and must be in new, unused condition.
For example: I send you an email letting you know your expected date of delivery along with your tracking number.
YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE. You also must contact me immediately if you wish to return it.
